Settings → Account → Permanently delete my account
You will be asked to type the word DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period.
If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it first.
Deleting your Zorg Space account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We cannot cancel it for you — the store owns it, and it will keep billing after your account is gone. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions or in Apple → Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then delete the account. The app shows the same warning before it asks you to confirm. If you cannot sign in
Email support@zorgspace.com from the address the account uses, with the subject Account deletion request. We will verify that the address is yours, delete the account, and confirm by email — within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
We ask you to write from the account's own address because that is the only thing we can check without asking you for more personal data than the request itself needs.
What is deleted
- Your login and your profile — email address, password, display name, photo and bio.
- Your posts, comments, stories, and the messages you sent, including anonymous ones.
- Every file you uploaded: profile photos, post and story media, chat attachments, flashcard media, and the voice recordings from Speaking practice.
- Your learning history — answers, review schedules, exam attempts, goals, streaks, daily totals, and everything the app inferred about you.
- Your Learning King progress, cards and currency.
What is kept, and for how long
Two things survive, because deleting them would erase someone else's record or break a legal duty:
- Moderation records — a report you filed, or one filed about content you posted, keeps the moderator's decision and the content it concerned. It no longer points at you.
- Security and abuse logs, for as long as we need them to protect other people, and no longer.
Purchase records for a paid package are kept where Dutch tax law requires it. They are an invoice, not a profile.
Less than everything
If you want to stop being profiled but keep studying, you do not have to delete the account. Ask us to erase your personalization history and your vocabulary schedule, goals and progress stay exactly as they are.

Je account verwijderen
In de app
Instellingen → Account → Account definitief verwijderen
Je typt ter bevestiging het woord VERWIJDEREN. Het verwijderen gebeurt direct en is onomkeerbaar; er is geen wachttijd.
Heb je Premium? Zeg dat eerst op.
Je Zorg Space-account verwijderen zegt een abonnement bij Google Play of de Apple App Store niet op. Wij kunnen dat niet voor je doen — de winkel is eigenaar van het abonnement en blijft innen nadat je account weg is. Zeg het op in Google Play → Betalingen en abonnementen of bij Apple → Instellingen → je naam → Abonnementen, en verwijder daarna je account. De app toont dezelfde waarschuwing vóór de bevestiging. Als je niet kunt inloggen
Mail support@zorgspace.com vanaf het e-mailadres van het account, met als onderwerp Verzoek account verwijderen. Wij controleren dat het adres van jou is, verwijderen het account en bevestigen per e-mail — binnen 30 dagen, meestal veel sneller.
Wat wordt verwijderd
- Je inloggegevens en profiel: e-mailadres, wachtwoord, naam, foto en bio.
- Je posts, reacties, verhalen en verzonden berichten, ook de anonieme.
- Alle bestanden die je uploadde: profielfoto's, post- en verhaalmedia, bijlagen in gesprekken, flashcardmedia en je spraakopnames van Spreken.
- Je leergeschiedenis: antwoorden, herhaalschema's, examenpogingen, doelen, streaks, dagtotalen en alles wat de app over je heeft afgeleid.
- Je voortgang, kaarten en munten in Learning King.
Wat bewaard blijft
- Moderatiedossiers — een melding die jij deed of die over jouw inhoud ging, blijft als beslissing bestaan maar wijst niet meer naar jou.
- Beveiligings- en misbruiklogs, zolang dat nodig is om anderen te beschermen en niet langer.
- Facturen voor een betaald pakket, zolang de Nederlandse belastingwet dat voorschrijft.
Minder dan alles
Wil je niet meer geprofileerd worden maar wel doorleren? Vraag ons dan alleen je personalisatiegeschiedenis te wissen; je woordenschatschema, doelen en voortgang blijven ongewijzigd.

سيُطلب منك كتابة كلمة حذف للتأكيد. يتمّ الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه؛ ولا توجد مدّة انتظار.
إن كان لديك اشتراك بريميوم فألغِه أولًا.
حذف حساب Zorg Space لا يُلغي اشتراكًا مشترى عبر Google Play أو Apple App Store. ولا يمكننا إلغاؤه نيابةً عنك — المتجر هو مالك الاشتراك وسيستمر في الخصم بعد اختفاء حسابك. ألغه من Google Play ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات أو من Apple ← الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، ثم احذف الحساب. ويعرض التطبيق التحذير نفسه قبل طلب التأكيد. راجع صفحة بريميوم.
إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول
راسل support@zorgspace.com من البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالحساب، وبعنوان طلب حذف حساب. سنتحقّق من أنّ العنوان لك، ثم نحذف الحساب ونؤكّد ذلك بالبريد — خلال ٣٠ يومًا، وعادةً أسرع بكثير.
ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات الدخول والملف الشخصي: البريد وكلمة المرور والاسم والصورة والنبذة.
- منشوراتك وتعليقاتك وقصصك والرسائل التي أرسلتها، بما فيها المجهولة.
- كل ملف رفعته: صور الملف الشخصي، ووسائط المنشورات والقصص، ومرفقات المحادثات، ووسائط البطاقات، وتسجيلاتك الصوتية من تدريب المحادثة.
- سجلّ تعلّمك: الإجابات وجداول المراجعة ومحاولات الاختبار والأهداف والسلاسل والمجاميع اليومية، وكل ما استنتجه التطبيق عنك.
- تقدّمك وبطاقاتك وعملتك في Learning King.
ما يبقى
- سجلّات الإشراف — بلاغ قدّمته أو بلاغ عن محتوى نشرته يبقى كقرار، ولم يعد يشير إليك.
- سجلّات الأمان وإساءة الاستخدام، للمدّة اللازمة لحماية الآخرين ولا أكثر.
- فواتير الباقات المدفوعة، بالقدر الذي يوجبه قانون الضرائب الهولندي.
أقلّ من الحذف الكامل
إن أردت التوقّف عن التخصيص مع مواصلة الدراسة، فاطلب محو سجلّ التخصيص وحده؛ ويبقى جدول مفرداتك وأهدافك وتقدّمك كما هو.
