Child Safety Standards

1. What is prohibited

Anywhere in Zorg Space — posts, comments, stories, profiles, direct and group messages, the community room, and anything uploaded — it is prohibited to:

• create, upload, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or AI-generated material;
• sexualise a minor in any way, in words or images;
• groom a minor — contact meant to build trust for sexual purposes — or ask a minor for images, meetings or personal details;
• threaten, blackmail or pressure anyone with intimate images (sextortion);
• promote, arrange or profit from the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.

These rules are part of our Community Guidelines and apply to every account.

2. Who can use Zorg Space

You must be 16 or older to create an account. Features that let strangers contact you anonymously are not offered. Photos in private conversations are stored privately and shown only to the people in that conversation.

3. How to report

• In the app: the “⋯” or flag control on every post, comment, story, message and profile → Report → “Sexual or inappropriate content”. You can also block the account from the same place.
• Without an account, or by email: write to support@zorgspace.com with the subject “Child safety” and a link to, or description of, what you saw. Please do not send us the material itself.

4. What we do

• Reports of sexual content reach our moderation queue at the highest priority and are reviewed by a person.
• Material that breaks these standards is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or deleted.
• When we become aware of child sexual abuse material, we report it to the Dutch hotline for online child sexual abuse (Expertisebureau Online Kindermisbruik, EOKM) and to the police, preserve what the law requires us to preserve for the investigation, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests.
• Text in posts, comments, stories, messages, the community room and profiles passes an automatic filter for prohibited words before it is published.

Normen voor kinderveiligheid

1. Wat verboden is

Overal in Zorg Space — berichten, reacties, verhalen, profielen, privé- en groepsgesprekken, de community-ruimte en alles wat wordt geüpload — is het verboden om:

• beeldmateriaal van seksueel misbruik van kinderen te maken, te uploaden, te delen, erom te vragen of ernaar te linken, ook getekend, bewerkt of met AI gemaakt materiaal;
• een minderjarige op welke manier dan ook te seksualiseren, in woord of beeld;
• een minderjarige te benaderen om met seksuele bedoelingen vertrouwen op te bouwen (grooming), of om beelden, een afspraak of persoonlijke gegevens te vragen;
• iemand met intieme beelden te bedreigen, te chanteren of onder druk te zetten (sextortion);
• seksuele uitbuiting of mensenhandel van kinderen te bevorderen, te regelen of eraan te verdienen.

Deze regels horen bij onze gedragsregels en gelden voor elk account.

2. Wie Zorg Space mag gebruiken

Je moet 16 jaar of ouder zijn om een account te maken. Functies waarmee onbekenden je anoniem kunnen benaderen, worden niet aangeboden. Foto's in privégesprekken worden privé opgeslagen en alleen getoond aan de mensen in dat gesprek.

3. Hoe je iets meldt

• In de app: de “⋯”- of vlagknop op elk bericht, elke reactie, elk verhaal, elk chatbericht en elk profiel → Melden → “Seksuele of ongepaste inhoud”. Daar kun je het account ook blokkeren.
• Zonder account, of per e-mail: mail naar support@zorgspace.com met als onderwerp “Child safety” en een link naar of beschrijving van wat je zag. Stuur ons het materiaal zelf niet.

4. Wat wij doen

• Meldingen van seksuele inhoud komen met de hoogste prioriteit in onze moderatiewachtrij en worden door een mens beoordeeld.
• Materiaal dat deze normen overtreedt, wordt verwijderd en het verantwoordelijke account wordt geschorst of verwijderd.
• Als we op de hoogte raken van beeldmateriaal van seksueel misbruik van kinderen, melden we dat bij het Expertisebureau Online Kindermisbruik (EOKM) en bij de politie, bewaren we wat de wet voor het onderzoek vereist, en werken we mee aan verzoeken van politie en justitie.
• Tekst in berichten, reacties, verhalen, chats, de community-ruimte en profielen gaat vóór publicatie door een automatisch filter op verboden woorden.

1. ما هو محظور

في كل أجزاء Zorg Space — المنشورات والتعليقات والقصص والملفات الشخصية والرسائل الخاصة والجماعية وغرفة المجتمع وكل ما يُرفَع — يُحظر:

• إنشاء مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال أو رفعها أو مشاركتها أو طلبها أو الإحالة إليها، بما في ذلك المواد المرسومة أو المعدّلة أو المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي؛
• إضفاء طابع جنسي على قاصر بأي شكل، بالكلمات أو الصور؛
• استدراج قاصر — أي التواصل معه لبناء ثقة بقصد جنسي — أو طلب صور أو لقاء أو بيانات شخصية منه؛
• تهديد أي شخص أو ابتزازه أو الضغط عليه بصور حميمة (الابتزاز الجنسي)؛
• الترويج للاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال أو الاتجار بهم أو ترتيب ذلك أو التربّح منه.

هذه القواعد جزء من قواعد المجتمع وتسري على كل حساب.

2. من يمكنه استخدام Zorg Space

يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عامًا أو أكثر لإنشاء حساب. ولا نقدّم ميزات تتيح لأشخاص غرباء التواصل معك دون الكشف عن هويتهم. وتُحفَظ صور المحادثات الخاصة بشكل خاص، ولا تظهر إلا لأطراف تلك المحادثة.

3. كيف تبلّغ

• من داخل التطبيق: زر “⋯” أو العلَم على كل منشور وتعليق وقصة ورسالة وملف شخصي ← إبلاغ ← “محتوى جنسي أو غير لائق”. ويمكنك حظر الحساب من المكان نفسه.
• بلا حساب، أو بالبريد: راسلنا على support@zorgspace.com بعنوان “Child safety” مع رابط لما رأيته أو وصف له. ورجاءً لا ترسل إلينا المادة نفسها.

4. ما الذي نفعله

• تصل بلاغات المحتوى الجنسي إلى قائمة الإشراف لدينا بأعلى أولوية، ويراجعها إنسان.
• نزيل كل مادة تخالف هذه المعايير، ونعلّق الحساب المسؤول عنها أو نحذفه.
• حين نعلم بوجود مواد اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال نبلّغ عنها الخط الهولندي المختص بالإساءة الجنسية للأطفال عبر الإنترنت (EOKM) والشرطة، ونحتفظ بما يوجب القانون الاحتفاظ به لأجل التحقيق، ونتعاون مع طلبات جهات إنفاذ القانون.
• يمرّ نص المنشورات والتعليقات والقصص والرسائل وغرفة المجتمع والملفات الشخصية على مرشّح آلي للكلمات المحظورة قبل نشره.

5. جهة التواصل الخاصة بسلامة الأطفال
