Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms apply to the Zorg Space website (zorgspace.com) and the Zorg Space mobile apps for Android and iOS. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not create one. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give real contact details — a reset email sent to an address you do not own is a reset you cannot complete.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or by the route on the account deletion page.

3. What Zorg Space is — and is not

4. Community rules

Zorg Space has a feed, comments, direct messages and anonymous messages. The rules are the same everywhere, including in anonymous messages, which are anonymous to their recipient and not to moderation. Do not post, send or upload:

• harassment, bullying, threats, or content that attacks or demeans people for who they are — nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or age;
• sexual content, nudity, or anything sexualising a minor — this last one is reported to the authorities, always;
• graphic violence, or content that glorifies or incites it;
• anything illegal, or that promotes illegal acts, drugs, weapons or self-harm;
• someone else's personal information, photographs or messages without their consent;
• impersonation of another person, of an institution, or of Zorg Space;
• spam, advertising, chain messages, scraping, or automated use;
• malware, or attempts to break, overload or work around the app's security or access rules;
• exam material or answer keys you obtained from CBR, DUO or an examination body.

5. Reporting, moderation and enforcement

Every post, comment, message and profile carries a report control, and every conversation can be blocked from its own menu. Reports go to a moderation queue that is read by people.

We remove content that breaks these rules, and we may limit, suspend or delete an account that does — immediately and without warning where the harm warrants it. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@zorgspace.com and a person will look at it again.

6. Content you create

What you write, upload and record stays yours. To run the service we need permission to store it and show it to the people you send it to, so you grant Zorg Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy and display your content for the purpose of operating the app — and for nothing else. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for moderation or legal reasons.

Only upload what you have the right to upload. Our own content — lessons, questions, illustrations, audio, the app itself — stays ours, and you may use it for your own study and not to build, publish or sell something else.

7. Paid packages

Theorie Rijbewijs B is sold as one-time access packages on the website. A package gives access for the number of days stated on it, starting when it is activated. Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies.

Theorie packages are not sold inside the mobile apps. The app activates one with an access code you already hold; buying a package happens on the website in a browser.

7a. Zorg Space Premium

Premium is an optional monthly subscription. It does one thing: it removes all advertising from Zorg Space. Nothing else changes — every course, lesson, exam, Learning King and message feature is the same for free and Premium accounts, and no learning content is behind it.

• Where you buy it. Inside the Zorg Space app for Android or iPhone. The payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us; we never see or store your card details.
• Price and renewal. The price shown in the app is the one your store will charge, in your own currency and including local tax. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and the store charges the renewal within 24 hours before each period ends.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in your store account — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or Apple → Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium, and stay ad-free, until the period you already paid for ends.
• Restore Purchases. Settings → Premium → Restore purchases reconnects a subscription already bought on that store account — after a reinstall or on a new device. A subscription follows the store account that paid for it; restoring it onto a different Zorg Space account moves it to that account.
• Deleting your Zorg Space account does not cancel the subscription. We cannot cancel it for you: only the store can. Cancel it there first, or billing continues after your account is gone.
• Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under Google Play's or Apple's refund policy. Write to support@zorgspace.com and we will help you find the right route.

Your EU right to withdraw within 14 days applies to the subscription. It ends once you ask us to start delivery — which is what completing the purchase means here — and acknowledge that you lose it. Whichever store took the payment handles the request.

7b. Advertising

The free Zorg Space app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob, on the home, feed and course-list screens and at the end of a finished study session. Ads are never shown during a lesson, a question, an exam, a recording, a Learning King battle or a conversation. What we collect for them, and the choice you have about personalized ads in the EU, is in the Privacy Policy. Our public site at www.zorgspace.com — the course pages and the free lesson library — also carries advertising, served by Google AdSense between the sections of a page and never over its content. The application itself — everything you reach after signing in at zorgspace.com — carries none beyond what is described above.

As an EU consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right ends once you ask us to start delivery — activating a package — and acknowledge that you lose it, which is what activation means here. For anything that went wrong with a purchase, write to support@zorgspace.com.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zorg Space running and we do not promise it never breaks. Features may change or be withdrawn; where a change materially reduces something you paid for, we will tell you and sort it out.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm someone, or where we are required to. If we end your account without cause while a paid package is running, you get the unused part back.

10. Liability

Zorg Space is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost study time, or for an exam result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury — and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

11. Law

Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

A new version appears here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Zorg Space afterwards means you accept it.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden

1. De overeenkomst

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor zorgspace.com en de mobiele Zorg Space-apps voor Android en iOS. Door een account aan te maken aanvaard je ze. De privacyverklaring hoort erbij.

2. Je account

• Je bent 16 jaar of ouder.
• Eén account per persoon; jij bent verantwoordelijk voor wat er onder je account gebeurt.
• Gebruik een e-mailadres dat echt van jou is.
• Je kunt je account altijd verwijderen via Instellingen of via de verwijderpagina.

3. Wat Zorg Space wel en niet is

4. Gedragsregels

Dezelfde regels gelden overal — in de feed, in reacties, in directe berichten en in anonieme berichten. Anonieme berichten zijn anoniem voor de ontvanger, niet voor de moderatie. Niet toegestaan:

• intimidatie, pesten, bedreiging, of haat gericht op afkomst, etniciteit, geloof, gender, seksualiteit, beperking of leeftijd;
• seksuele inhoud of naaktbeeld; seksualisering van minderjarigen wordt altijd bij de autoriteiten gemeld;
• grafisch geweld of het verheerlijken daarvan;
• illegale inhoud, drugs, wapens of zelfbeschadiging;
• persoonsgegevens, foto's of berichten van anderen zonder hun toestemming;
• je voordoen als iemand anders, als een instantie of als Zorg Space;
• spam, reclame, scraping of geautomatiseerd gebruik;
• malware, of pogingen de beveiliging of toegangsregels te omzeilen;
• examenmateriaal of antwoordsleutels van CBR, DUO of een examenorgaan.

5. Melden en handhaven

Elke post, reactie, bericht en profiel heeft een meldknop, en elk gesprek kan geblokkeerd worden. Meldingen komen in een wachtrij die door mensen wordt gelezen. Wij verwijderen wat in strijd is met deze regels en kunnen een account beperken, schorsen of verwijderen. Oneens? Mail support@zorgspace.com en iemand kijkt opnieuw.

6. Jouw inhoud

Wat je schrijft, uploadt en opneemt blijft van jou. Je geeft ons een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde, royaltyvrije licentie om het op te slaan, te kopiëren en te tonen aan wie jij het stuurt — uitsluitend om de dienst te leveren. Upload alleen waar je de rechten op hebt. Onze eigen lessen, vragen, illustraties, audio en de app zelf blijven van ons en zijn bedoeld voor je eigen studie.

7. Betaalde pakketten

Theorie Rijbewijs B wordt op de website verkocht als eenmalige pakketten met een vast aantal toegangsdagen, in euro's, inclusief btw waar van toepassing. Theorie-pakketten worden niet in de mobiele apps verkocht; de app activeert een pakket met een toegangscode die je al hebt.

7a. Zorg Space Premium

Premium is een optioneel maandabonnement met één functie: het haalt alle advertenties uit Zorg Space. Verder verandert er niets — elke cursus, les, examen, Learning King en berichtfunctie is hetzelfde voor gratis en Premium-accounts. Er zit geen lesmateriaal achter.

• Waar je het koopt. In de Zorg Space-app voor Android of iPhone. De betaling loopt via Google Play of de Apple App Store, niet via ons; wij zien of bewaren je kaartgegevens nooit.
• Prijs en verlenging. De prijs in de app is wat de winkel in rekening brengt, in jouw valuta en inclusief lokale belasting. Het abonnement verlengt automatisch elke maand tot je opzegt; de winkel int binnen 24 uur vóór het einde van elke periode.
• Opzeggen. Altijd, in je winkelaccount — Google Play → Betalingen en abonnementen, of Apple → Instellingen → je naam → Abonnementen. Opzeggen stopt de volgende verlenging; je houdt Premium, en blijft advertentievrij, tot de betaalde periode afloopt.
• Aankopen herstellen. Instellingen → Premium → Aankopen herstellen koppelt een abonnement dat al op dat winkelaccount staat weer aan de app — na opnieuw installeren of op een nieuw toestel. Een abonnement volgt het winkelaccount dat ervoor betaalde; herstellen op een ander Zorg Space-account verplaatst het naar dat account.
• Je Zorg Space-account verwijderen zegt het abonnement niet op. Dat kunnen wij niet voor je doen; alleen de winkel kan dat. Zeg het daar eerst op, anders loopt de betaling door nadat je account weg is.
• Terugbetalingen regelt de winkel die de betaling deed, volgens het beleid van Google Play of Apple. Mail support@zorgspace.com en we helpen je de juiste route te vinden.

Je EU-recht op 14 dagen bedenktijd geldt ook voor het abonnement. Dat recht vervalt zodra je ons vraagt te leveren — het afronden van de aankoop — en je erkent dat je het verliest. De winkel die de betaling deed behandelt het verzoek.

7b. Advertenties

De gratis Zorg Space-app toont advertenties van Google AdMob, op het start-, feed- en cursusoverzicht en na een afgeronde studiesessie. Nooit tijdens een les, een vraag, een examen, een opname, een Learning King-gevecht of een gesprek. Wat we daarvoor verwerken en welke keuze je in de EU hebt over gepersonaliseerde advertenties staat in de Privacyverklaring. Onze publieke site op www.zorgspace.com — de cursuspagina's en de gratis lesbibliotheek — toont ook advertenties via Google AdSense, tussen de onderdelen van een pagina en nooit over de inhoud heen. De applicatie zelf op zorgspace.com bevat er geen andere dan hierboven beschreven.

Als consument in de EU heb je 14 dagen bedenktijd bij digitale inhoud. Dat recht vervalt zodra je ons vraagt te leveren — dat is wat activeren hier betekent — en je erkent dat je het verliest. Vragen over een aankoop: support@zorgspace.com.

8. Beschikbaarheid

Wij doen ons best de dienst draaiend te houden maar beloven geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid. Functies kunnen veranderen of verdwijnen; raakt dat iets waarvoor je betaald hebt, dan lossen we dat op.

9. Beëindigen

Je kunt altijd stoppen door je account te verwijderen. Wij kunnen een account schorsen of beëindigen bij schending van deze voorwaarden. Beëindigen wij zonder aanleiding terwijl een betaald pakket loopt, dan krijg je het ongebruikte deel terug.

10. Aansprakelijkheid

De dienst wordt geleverd zoals hij is. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, verloren studietijd of een examenuitslag. Aansprakelijkheid die niet uitgesloten mag worden — opzet, grove schuld, dood of letsel — blijft onverkort gelden, evenals je rechten als consument.

11. Toepasselijk recht

Nederlands recht; geschillen bij de bevoegde Nederlandse rechter. Woon je als consument elders in de EU, dan blijft het dwingend consumentenrecht van je eigen land gelden.

12. Wijzigingen

Een nieuwe versie verschijnt hier met een nieuwe datum; bij ingrijpende wijzigingen laten wij het vooraf in de app weten.

١. الاتفاق

تسري هذه الشروط على zorgspace.com وعلى تطبيقَي «Zorg Space» لأندرويد وiOS. بإنشائك حسابًا فإنك تقبلها، وسياسة الخصوصية جزء منها.

٢. حسابك

• يلزم أن تكون في السادسة عشرة أو أكبر.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري تحت حسابك.
• استخدم بريدًا إلكترونيًا تملكه فعلًا.
• يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات أو عبر صفحة الحذف.

٤. قواعد المجتمع

القواعد نفسها في كل مكان: في التغذية والتعليقات والرسائل المباشرة والرسائل المجهولة. الرسالة المجهولة مجهولة بالنسبة إلى مستلمها، لا بالنسبة إلى الإشراف. يُمنع:

• التحرّش والتنمّر والتهديد، وكل ما يهاجم الناس لأصلهم أو عرقهم أو دينهم أو جنسهم أو ميولهم أو إعاقتهم أو عمرهم؛
• المحتوى الجنسي والعري؛ وأي تجنيس لقاصر يُبلَّغ عنه إلى السلطات دائمًا؛
• العنف المصوَّر أو تمجيده أو التحريض عليه؛
• كل ما هو غير قانوني، أو يروّج للمخدرات أو الأسلحة أو إيذاء النفس؛
• بيانات الآخرين أو صورهم أو رسائلهم بغير إذنهم؛
• انتحال شخصية إنسان أو جهة أو «Zorg Space» نفسها؛
• الرسائل المزعجة والإعلانات والكشط (scraping) والاستخدام الآلي؛
• البرمجيات الخبيثة أو محاولات تجاوز الحماية أو قواعد الوصول؛
• مواد امتحانية أو مفاتيح إجابات مأخوذة من CBR أو DUO أو أي جهة امتحان.

٥. الإبلاغ والإشراف

لكل منشور وتعليق ورسالة وملف شخصي زرّ إبلاغ، ويمكن حظر أي محادثة من قائمتها. تصل البلاغات إلى قائمة يقرأها بشر. نحذف ما يخالف هذه القواعد، وقد نقيّد حسابًا أو نوقفه أو نحذفه. إن رأيت أننا أخطأنا فراسل support@zorgspace.com وسيراجعها إنسان من جديد.

٦. المحتوى الذي تنشئه

ما تكتبه وترفعه وتسجّله يبقى ملكك. وتمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالميًا ومجانيًا لتخزينه ونسخه وعرضه على من ترسله إليهم، لغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط. لا ترفع إلا ما تملك حقوقه. أمّا دروسنا وأسئلتنا ورسومنا وصوتياتنا والتطبيق نفسه فتبقى ملكنا وهي لدراستك الشخصية.

٧. الباقات المدفوعة

تُباع باقات «Theorie Rijbewijs B» على الموقع دفعةً واحدة بعدد أيام وصول محدّد، باليورو وشاملةً الضريبة حيث تنطبق. ولا تُباع باقات Theorie داخل التطبيقات المحمولة؛ التطبيق يفعّل باقةً برمز وصول تملكه سلفًا.

٧أ. اشتراك Zorg Space Premium

بريميوم اشتراك شهري اختياري وظيفته واحدة: إزالة جميع الإعلانات من Zorg Space. ولا يتغيّر شيء آخر — كل الدورات والدروس والامتحانات وLearning King والرسائل هي نفسها للحسابات المجانية وحسابات بريميوم، ولا يوجد أي محتوى تعليمي خلفه.

• أين تشتريه. داخل تطبيق Zorg Space على Android أو iPhone. يتم الدفع عبر Google Play أو Apple App Store وليس عبرنا؛ ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزّنها إطلاقًا.
• السعر والتجديد. السعر المعروض في التطبيق هو ما سيخصمه المتجر، بعملتك وشاملًا الضريبة المحلية. ويتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا كل شهر حتى تلغيه، ويخصم المتجر قيمة التجديد خلال ٢٤ ساعة قبل نهاية كل فترة.
• الإلغاء. في أي وقت من حساب المتجر — Google Play ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات، أو Apple ← الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، وتبقى مشتركًا وبلا إعلانات حتى تنتهي الفترة المدفوعة.
• استعادة المشتريات. الإعدادات ← بريميوم ← استعادة المشتريات تعيد ربط اشتراك مشترى سلفًا على حساب المتجر ذاك — بعد إعادة التثبيت أو على جهاز جديد. والاشتراك يتبع حساب المتجر الذي دفع ثمنه، فاستعادته على حساب Zorg Space مختلف تنقله إلى ذلك الحساب.
• حذف حساب Zorg Space لا يُلغي الاشتراك. لا يمكننا إلغاؤه نيابةً عنك؛ المتجر وحده يستطيع ذلك. ألغه هناك أولًا، وإلا استمرّت الفوترة بعد اختفاء حسابك.
• المبالغ المستردّة يتولاها المتجر الذي حصّل الدفعة وفق سياسة Google Play أو Apple. راسلنا على support@zorgspace.com ونساعدك في الوصول إلى المسار الصحيح.

ينطبق حقّ العدول الأوروبي خلال ١٤ يومًا على الاشتراك أيضًا، ويسقط فور طلبك بدء التسليم — أي إتمام الشراء — وإقرارك بسقوطه. والمتجر الذي حصّل الدفعة هو من يعالج الطلب.

٧ب. الإعلانات

يعرض تطبيق Zorg Space المجاني إعلانات من Google AdMob في شاشات البداية والمنشورات وقائمة الدورات، وبعد انتهاء جلسة دراسة. ولا تظهر الإعلانات أبدًا أثناء درس أو سؤال أو امتحان أو تسجيل صوتي أو معركة Learning King أو محادثة. وما يُجمَع لأجلها، والخيار المتاح لك في الاتحاد الأوروبي بشأن الإعلانات المخصّصة، موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. أما الموقع العام على www.zorgspace.com — صفحات الدورات ومكتبة الدروس المجانية — فيعرض إعلانات عبر Google AdSense بين أقسام الصفحة لا فوق محتواها، بينما التطبيق نفسه على zorgspace.com لا يعرض غير ما ذُكر أعلاه.

للمستهلك في الاتحاد الأوروبي حقّ العدول خلال ١٤ يومًا في المحتوى الرقمي، وهو يسقط فور طلبك بدء التسليم — وهو ما يعنيه التفعيل هنا — وإقرارك بسقوطه. لأي مشكلة في عملية شراء: support@zorgspace.com.

٨. الإتاحة والتغيير

نجتهد لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل ولا نَعِد بعدم انقطاعها. قد تتغيّر الميزات أو تُسحب؛ وإن أثّر ذلك جوهريًا على شيء دفعتَ مقابله فسنخبرك ونعالج الأمر.

٩. الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقّف متى شئت بحذف حسابك. ولنا أن نوقف حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط. وإن أنهينا حسابك بلا سبب أثناء سريان باقة مدفوعة، تُعاد إليك قيمة الجزء غير المستخدم.

١٠. المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو وقت الدراسة الضائع أو نتيجة امتحان. ولا يحدّ شيء هنا من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحدّ منها — كالقصد والإهمال الجسيم والوفاة والإصابة — ولا يمسّ حقوقك كمستهلك.

١١. القانون الواجب

يسري القانون الهولندي، وتُنظر المنازعات أمام المحكمة المختصّة في هولندا. وإن كنت مستهلكًا مقيمًا في دولة أخرى بالاتحاد الأوروبي فتبقى حماية المستهلك الآمرة في بلدك سارية.

١٢. تغيير الشروط

تظهر أي نسخة جديدة هنا بتاريخ جديد؛ وعند أي تغيير جوهري نُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعده يعني قبولك به.
